Who we are
Definitions and scope.
Sun City Golf Collective (“SCGC,” “we,” “us,” “our”) operates this website, online shop, and SCGC-run events. “You” means any visitor, customer, member, or participant who accesses or uses SCGC.
These Terms apply to your use of the site, any purchases from the shop, registrations for events, and participation in SCGC community spaces (including comments).
Eligibility
Age and authority.
By using SCGC, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you are using SCGC on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

Community Guidelines
Participation in comments, Clubhouse topics, and other SCGC community areas is subject to our Community Guidelines. We may remove content or restrict access to protect the community.
Prohibited behavior
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, or abusive conduct
- Spam, scams, phishing, impersonation, or malicious links
- Attempting to disrupt the site (hacking, scraping, excessive automated access)
- Illegal activity or content that violates rights of others
User content
You are responsible for content you post. By submitting content to SCGC, you grant SCGC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting SCGC (for example: reposting event photos or testimonials), unless you request removal and it’s reasonably possible to do so.
Shop purchases
Orders, pricing, and fulfillment.
Orders
When you place an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order where permitted by law (for example: suspected fraud, inventory errors, pricing errors).
Pricing & availability
Prices and availability may change at any time. If a pricing or listing error occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

Registration & communication
By registering for an SCGC event, you agree to event rules, schedule changes, and communications related to your registration (email/text if provided). We may request player/team details for check-in and scoring.
Conduct
Participants must act respectfully toward other players, staff, and the course. We may remove participants for serious misconduct, cheating, or unsafe behavior.
Cancellations, refunds & credits
Event cancellations and refund/credit rules are governed by our Refunds, Returns & Cancellations policy and any additional terms on the specific event page.
Intellectual property
SCGC brand + site content protection.
SCGC’s name, logos, designs, product names, site content, and graphics are owned by SCGC or licensed to SCGC and are protected by applicable laws. You may not use SCGC branding or content for commercial purposes without written permission.
You may share links to SCGC and screenshots for personal/non-commercial use, as long as it’s not misleading and does not imply endorsement.

SCGC content is provided for general information and community discussion. We don’t guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, or always up to date (for example: course conditions posted by users).

Reasonable limits so we can keep building.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SCGC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits/data, arising from your use of the site, shop, events, or community spaces.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SCGC’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to SCGC for the specific purchase or event registration giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
If your actions cause harm, you’re responsible.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SCGC from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of SCGC, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
Termination
If needed, we can restrict access.
We may suspend or terminate access to SCGC (including community participation) if we believe you violated these Terms or Community Guidelines, or if necessary to protect SCGC and users. You may stop using SCGC at any time.
Changes to these Terms
We may update Terms as SCGC grows.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of SCGC after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
Where these Terms apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SCGC is organized and operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
