Here’s how SCGC orders are processed, packed, and shipped — including typical timelines,
tracking, address changes, lost packages, and what to do if something arrives damaged.

Order processing & fulfillment
What happens after you place an order.
Processing time
Most in-stock orders ship within 2–5 business days. Some limited drops, pre-orders,
or special items may take longer — if so, the product page or checkout notes will say so.
Order changes & cancellations
If you need to change your address or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order is processed or shipped, we may not be able to change or cancel it.
Address accuracy
Please double-check shipping details at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete
address, we can reship it — but additional shipping costs may apply.
Shipping, rates & tracking
Delivery windows are estimates and may vary.
Shipping methods
Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout. We may use different carriers depending on destination,
package size, and cost.
Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. Tracking updates are managed by the carrier and may take
24–48 hours to start moving after a label is created.
Delivery estimates
Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays, peak seasons,
and carrier operations can cause delays outside of SCGC’s control.
Shipping issues
If something goes wrong, here’s how we handle it.
Package marked “delivered” but not received
- Please check around your property, mailbox area, and with neighbors/building staff.
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number to request a GPS delivery scan or claim update.
- If it’s still missing, contact us within 7 days of the “delivered” scan so we can assist.
Note: We can’t guarantee refunds for packages marked delivered, but we’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
Lost packages
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, we may treat the package as lost and help initiate a carrier
claim. If the carrier confirms loss, we’ll offer a replacement (if available) or a refund.
Returned to sender
If a package is returned to us (address issue, refused delivery, or unclaimed), we can reship it once we receive it.
Additional shipping costs may apply. If you prefer a refund, we can refund the item cost minus original shipping fees.
Damaged or incorrect items
We’ll make it right.
Report window
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
What to send
- Order number + email used at checkout
- Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
- A quick description of the issue
Resolution
Depending on availability, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. If a return is required, we’ll provide
instructions and cover return shipping when the issue is due to our error.
International shipping (if available)
Only applies when international checkout options are enabled.
Duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees. These are the responsibility of the customer
unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
Customs delays
Customs processing can add delays beyond estimated delivery windows. SCGC cannot control customs timelines.
