Photo & Media Release
By attending an SCGC event or participating in the SCGC community, you agree to the terms below regarding photography, video, and other media captured on-site.
What you’re agreeing to
SCGC may capture photos, video, audio, and other content at events and community gatherings. This release allows us to share highlights, promote future events, and build the SCGC story.
1) Grant of permission
I grant Sun City Golf Collective permission to photograph, record, and capture my likeness, voice, and participation during SCGC events or activities.
2) Use of Media
I authorize SCGC to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute media for marketing, social, website, and promotional purposes.
3) No compensation
I understand I will not receive compensation or royalties for use of the media.
4) Ownership
All media captured becomes property of SCGC and may be used across platforms.
5) Opt-out
If I prefer not to appear in photos or video, I will notify staff at check-in. SCGC will make reasonable efforts to honor requests.
